# NewGen

> NewGen is a social-first creative and creator marketing agency that helps brands become iconic on social media. Founded in 2015 by Mike Craddock and Chris Parnell as Kairos Group, the agency rebranded as NewGen in June 2024 following multi-million-pound investment from BGF. Around 95 people work across its global offices, with hubs in London, Manchester and New York. It works at the intersection of creators, communities and culture for global brands including PepsiCo, Samsung, KFC, Porsche, Revolut, Meta, Disney+, Activision Blizzard and Supercell.

NewGen offers two core service areas, underpinned by Multiple™, its proprietary intelligence platform for cultural insight, creator matching and real-time campaign optimisation:

- **Creator marketing**: global creator and influencer campaigns — identifying and activating the right creators and communities to drive genuine participation, from strategy through execution and measurement.
- **Social media marketing**: social strategy, content creation, community and channel management, influencer marketing, paid media and events for brands.

NewGen also runs a talent management division representing creators. It has run campaigns with creators including KSI, Kai Cenat, PewDiePie, Amelia Dimoldenberg and the Sidemen, and has deep specialism in gaming and entertainment marketing alongside consumer brands (food and drink, tech, fashion, finance, automotive, travel and sport).

Recent results include a Sidemen collaboration for Revolut that drove 100,000+ app installs in its first three months.
