Let’s be real…social media used to feel a lot simpler. You’d post something vaguely interesting, maybe a nice photo or a clever caption, and if it resonated, great. If not, no big deal. But now? Social media has evolved into something much bigger (and messier): an always-on engagement machine where brands feel constant pressure to perform, react, and, above all, go viral.
Somewhere along the way, brand building got tangled up with content performance. And not always in a good way.
