Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking students who are:

Motivated to earn and gain practical, real-world experience in the marketing industry.
Proactive, innovative thinkers who are driven to succeed and apply their academic knowledge.
Passionate about content creation and eager to learn from a dynamic agency.
Confident on camera or skilled in short-form content creation (TikTok, Reels, etc.).
Actively creating on Instagram or TikTok.
Based in the UK and 18+ years old.

You don’t need a huge following; creativity, quality, and style are what matter most.

How We Pay Students

Students will be paid between £50 and £100 for each piece of content upon successful approval and upload to the channel. Payment will not be issued if content is not successfully approved.
