As a result, we’re thrilled to announce our latest key hire Laura Tannenbaum as the new Managing Director of Kairos Group for EMEA.
&nbsp;
Before joining Kairos, Laura worked as a client-side marketer and explored many senior marketing, digital and social roles before taking to agency life to get social creative agency That Lot off the ground. Laura grew the agency from its infancy to over 100+ staff and then to acquisition by Weber Shandwick/IPG in 2017.
&nbsp;
Now as part of the leadership team at Kairos, Laura is taking her expertise to lead Kairos to new heights during its most transformational time to date. With her specialisms lying in operations, organisational design, business and communication strategy, marketing and creativity, Laura has multiple touch points of support throughout the business.
&nbsp;
As well as being a professional powerhouse, Laura is also a gleaming example to our teams of creating a balanced work-life as a parent by being a huge advocate for working mothers and mental health.
